At the end of each day, think about what you’re grateful for, what you’re thankful for, what made you happy. If you failed at something, what about that failure are you grateful for? What can you do next time? Practice journaling or drawing about what you’re feeling.
We are all human, nobody is perfect. Acknowledge mistakes out loud, then focus on the emotions you’re feeling and understand why you are feeling so. Don’t be discouraged, each mistake is a learning experience that can help us move forward and progress.
Take a moment to sit with your feelings, the good thoughts, the sad thoughts, the fear, the anger, the judgment, etc. Don’t try to suppress or run away from any negative feelings, instead process them, acknowledge them, and find the good in them. They are part of your life and they are perfectly normal to feel.
