Understanding mental health is the first step in our journey. This can be anything from simply knowing what mental health is, to identifying signs of mental health challenges.
Step 2: Coping
Everyone goes through tough times, but the most important thing is the way we cope with what we are dealing with. Healthy coping skills can help us manage our stress and emotions, and work through challenges.
Step 3: Reaching Out
There is no shame in reaching out and asking for help. Nobody is expected to go through their journey on their own. It may be hard to open up and be vulnerable, but we are all in this together.
Our mission is to provide a one-stop-shop for mental health resources by creating a road map that guides us through our mental health journey.
